W takim przypadku leasingodawca mo\u017ce \u017c\u0105da\u0107 od korzystaj\u0105cego natychmiastowej zap\u0142aty wszystkich przewidzianych w umowie a niezap\u0142aconych rat, pomniejszonych o korzy\u015bci, jakie leasingodawca uzyska wskutek ich zap\u0142aty przed um\u00f3wionym terminem i wyga\u015bni\u0119cia umowy leasingu oraz z tytu\u0142u ubezpieczenia rzeczy, a tak\u017ce naprawienia szkody. Przedmiot leasingu jest w\u0142asno\u015bci\u0105 leasingodawcy, w przypadku wi\u0119c zniszczenia lub utraty samochodu leasingowanego, to przedsi\u0119biorca obowi\u0105zany b\u0119dzie naprawi\u0107 szkod\u0119, kt\u00f3r\u0105 poni\u00f3s\u0142 leasingodawca, szkoda ta obejmuje wysoko\u015b\u0107 wszystkich wymagalnych i niezap\u0142aconych rat, a tak\u017ce warto\u015b\u0107 wykupu pojazdu.\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"Standard\" style=\"text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;\">Leasingodawca nie odpowiada wobec przedsi\u0119biorcy za wady rzeczy, chyba \u017ce wady takie powsta\u0142y wskutek okoliczno\u015bci, za kt\u00f3re leasingodawca ponosi odpowiedzialno\u015b\u0107. Z chwil\u0105 zawarcia przez leasingodawc\u0119 umowy ze zbywc\u0105 z mocy prawa przechodz\u0105 na przedsi\u0119biorc\u0119 uprawnienia z tytu\u0142u wad rzeczy przys\u0142uguj\u0105ce leasingodawcy wzgl\u0119dem zbywcy.
